Why use a temporary employment and payroll outsourcing service?
We source labour, based on your specific requirements, from our existing database, internet based job portals or via advertisements if we do not have the required Temporary Employment Service (TES) employees.
We give preference to local labour to uplift the local communities and only employ non-locals if the required skill cannot be sourced locally or if there is a major shutdown.
- As TES workers are employed by us and thus our responsibility, you will not incur any retrenchment costs as you only make use of TES workers when necessary for the required period of time
- When dissatisfied with the performance of a specific TES worker, the worker can be replaced without the client incurring any costs
- We are responsible for the mobilisation and demobilisation of the TES providers/facilitators:
- Recruitment
- LDC Contracts (Limited Duration Contracts)
- We handle the following HR/IR issues:
- Negotiations with Unions
- Disciplinary action
- All labour related queries
- Negotiations with rate increases
- We strive to deliver a personal service:
- We are on duty 24/7
- All our Site Agents/Consultants are equipped with cell phones and transport

The client does not pay any wages directly to workers − we pay the workers weekly, fortnightly or monthly, as the case may be.

We supply all the relevant safety clothing, resulting in substantial savings for your company.
Payroll system
- You do not have to keep your payroll system updated, which means enormous savings in license fees, support, etc. for your company
- We use the VIP payroll system, which is kept up to date with all the relevant statutory requirements of SARS
- We supply printed, sealed pay slips to all workers
