PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION
Swift Payroll Administration offers tailor-made payroll solutions which could considerably reduce your company’s expenditure, including:
- Drafting contracts, on behalf of your company, for every worker in your employ and ensuring that each contract is signed
- Loading the contracts onto our VIP system for payment
- Preparing timesheets to be completed at the end of every month, signed and sent to us for processing
- Undertaking the pay run including all the necessary deductions such as PAYE, UIF and any other statutory deductions as prescribed by law
- We also process the deduction of any monies owed to your company
- At the end of the month we supply every worker with a detailed printed and sealed pay slip
- Salaries are transferred electronically on a date as prescribed by you
Once the pay run has been completed, we supply reports detailing PAYE, UIF and any other deductions that must be paid over on a monthly basis.
An invoice calculated at the agreed percentage of the value of the pay run will then be made out to your company.
Printed IRP5s will be issued at the end of every financial year.
A dedicated person will be assigned to your company to handle all queries.
Our fees include:
- Administration

- Printing of payslips, monthly reports and IRP5s
- License fees on all programmes
- Any other expenses concerning the handling of your Payroll.
Swift is fully registered at: APSO; NBCRFI (National Bargaining Council for Road Freight Industry); MEIBC (Metal and Engineering Industrial Bargaining Council) and as such are up to date with the latest requirements regarding minimum wages and increase dates.
